Delivery is via Australia Post.  Regular post only.  If insurance or express is required please request it on your order.  I will not be held responsible for damaged, missing or late goods.  If this happens to your items I will gladly insure them for you.

All sterling silver items are packaged in organza bag and sent in a padded bag via regular post.

Scrapbooking items will be sent however it is best.  If there are any papers in your order they will be sent in a pizza box.  If a prepaid satchel is used I also include a bubblewrap liner. 

All items are posted the next working day after payment is received.  Items will be sent to the address listed.

Items are delivered free of charge to Home Hill on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday, excluding Public & School holidays.

Items are delivered free of charge to Ayr on Wednesday or available for pick up from 117 Airdmillan Road at a arranged time, excluding Public & School holidays
